Please note that all of our items are handmade in small quantities so there may be slight changes to the original photos.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us we will be happy to answer any questions and process a return within 14 days.
If there is damage to your item which occurred during transit, please contact the email above and we will be happy to return it.
All returned items must be unused and clean in its original packaging and free from fur. The client must ensure that the package reaches our offices in perfect conditions.
Returns will be at buyers cost.
To initiate the return, please contact us directly via email or ins as soon as possible and we will help you and give you instructions. Please specify the reason for the return or exchange and what you want to return.
The refund of the total amount paid by the same method of payment once we received the product or a discount voucher of the same value to use on our website, with no expiration date.
Fantoystic is not responsible for the damage or loss of the package. The product must be sent in perfect condition, unworn, and inside its original boxes and bags.
In the case that we made a wrong shipment. Contact us via email or ins so we can fix it as soon as possible.
